Youth Counselling

A safe, supportive space for young people to explore emotions, challenges and personal growth. 10 minutes of parent feedback included.

Growing up can bring pressures that are difficult to manage alone. Youth counselling provides a calm, non-judgemental space where young people can talk openly and be listened to.

Support may include challenges around:

  • School or academic pressure

  • Friendships and relationships

  • Confidence and self-esteem

  • Family difficulties

  • Identity and personal development

  • Worries about the future

Sessions are adapted to the individual young person and aim to build resilience, emotional awareness and practical coping skills.

The focus is on helping young people understand themselves better, recognise their strengths and develop healthier ways of responding to the challenges they face.
